Neon City

Rain, signage and a metro that runs all night.

A harbour city in three neighbourhoods: glass round the station, Byte's packed shops and alleys, and the old town across the river, with a metro on a viaduct above it all, in permanent rain and permanent neon. Venues here keep hours, some of them charge at the door, and the street outside every one of them is free. It is the same simulation as the island with a different idea of a good evening.
